Q. How long will it take to deliver the BedNest once I have ordered it?

A. Subject to stock availability and the payment cleared your order should be delivered within 7 working days.

Q. Can I buy the BedNest outside of the UK?

A. We can ship world wide - please contact us to find out the delivery charge.

Q. How long can I use the BedNest?

A. The BedNest is designed to be used until your baby is 6mths. If your baby can sit unaided then he/she has outgrown the BedNest.

Q. Can I pay by cheque?

A. Yes - order on line and send a cheque to the address given on the order confirmation page (repeated in the confirmation email).

Q. What are the internal dimensions of the BedNest

A. 740mm x 385mm.

Q. What are the external dimensions of the BedNest

A. 860mm x 470mm.

Q. Is the mattress waterproof?

A. It is wipeable and water resistant

Q. Is the BedNest available to hire? Cost? From whom?

A. Yes, from ArdoMums - www.ardomums.co.uk.

Q. Where can I see a BedNest?

A. At this stage purchase is available online only.

Q. Can I return the BedNest?

A. You can cancel your order up until 7 days from the date we deliver the goods to you paying only the return delivery charge.

Q. Do you have a guarantee?

A. All our products are covered by a 12 month guarantee.

Q. Will the BedNest fit my bed? How high/low does it go?

A. With 80mm castors the height reached by the mattress is 800mm and with no castors the BN can be as low as 400mm.

Q. Do you supply sheets?

A. Yes - a pack of 3 fitted sheets (white) cost £14.95.

Q. Can my baby roll out into my bed?

A. Babies start to roll at approximately 3mths and at this stage we suggest that you lower the BedNest by a couple of notches.

Q. Will the feet fit under my bed?

A. The feet need 20mm clearance under the bed.

Q. What is the weight of the BedNest?

A. The crib weighs approx 6.2kg. The complete BN boxed for delivery weighs approx 13.5kg
